We had the most incredible dinner at Borealis Bar and Grill on February 14, 2025. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff made us feel so welcome. A special shoutout to Luigi, our waiter, who was absolutely AMAZING! His friendly and attentive service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. And the food? Simply outstanding! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put a lot of care into their menu. If you’re looking for a fantastic dining experience with great service and delicious food, Borealis Bar and Grill is the place to go! Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!!!! P.S. Ask for Luigi! He will entertain you from the moment you sit down!!!

Had a great little meal here as they had a special of fish tacos on that evening. Every night they have some other special. Tuesday night is fish tacos and Wednesday is date night for a fixed price. Fish tacos were tasty and worth every penny. Would not hesitate to visit again

I had the most incredible dining experience at Borealis tonight, and it was all thanks to Luigi, our server, who went truly above and beyond. I have never experienced such genuine kindness and attention from a server before. Luigi made the entire evening unforgettable with his warmth, professionalism, and impeccable service. He felt like a friend I had known for years. Tiffany and Patricia were also incredibly kind and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The team together was outstanding, and I would happily return just for the wonderful service they provided. On top of that, the food was absolutely fantastic, but Luigi’s exceptional service truly made the night extraordinary. Thank you to Luigi and the entire team for an amazing experience! I will be coming back very soon and encourage everyone to go try borealis (and try to get Luigi as their server)!!

This was a really enjoyable place for a dinner. The food is locally sourced. Everyone enjoyed their food and everything was reasonably priced. The staff were friendly, especially Steph, our server, who was great (even with it being her first day!) I would happily return for another meal.

My friend and I had lunch there and Luigi was our friendly and entertaining server. I had the kale Caesar salad with chicken and my friend had the leafy salad with chicken. Both were delicious and the kale Caesar salad was one of the best I have ever had. The atmosphere is perfect and we could talk without having to yell at each other. There is plenty of parking too. Looking forward to returning soon.

Delicious and filling. The best Ontario farmed chicken around. Aside from that, what truly made this an amazing experience was meeting our server/host Luigi who is an absolute gem. Thank you to Luigi and the whole Borealis crew for a great time!

We had the best evening, celebrating our friend’s 60th birthday. Our server Chantal was the Best!! The food was great and we all got our food served nice and hot and there was 15 of us!! Will be back that’s for sure!

Wow, what a gem of a restaurant!!! We were greeted with a warm welcome and were walked through the menu by AMANDA, who was such an amazing help! She made some food and beverage recommendations, which were spot on!!! We dined here 2 nights in a row based on exceptional service, an inviting atmosphere, and great food. With so many restaurants around, this is definitely a must try. BTW, the best Caesar salad and mushroom Rigatoni we’ve ever had!!! Highly recommended!!!
